Nearly $1 Million in Grants Awarded to Enhance School Safety, Marshall Says

HARRISBURG – Rep. Jim Marshall (R-Beaver/Butler) announced numerous local schools were awarded grants totaling more than $996,000 from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. The grants are designed to improve school safety and security, as well as prevent violence in communities.

Jim Marshall (R-Beaver/Butler) will be offering veterans affairs outreach hours in his district office at Chippewa Township Municipal Building, 2811 Darlington Road, Suite 1, in Beaver Falls on Thursday, Feb. 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. An accredited field service officer from the American Legion Department of Pennsylvania will be available to assist veterans with a variety of issues.
