On the first Thursday of each month, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., an American Legion representative will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to assist veterans and their families in the 14th District.

HARRISBURG — On Wednesday, the state’s 14 community colleges and the 14 Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education universities signed a statewide reverse transfer agreement that will allow students who have earned at least 60 total credits to apply for an associate’s degree from the community college where they began their studies, even as they continue working toward a bachelor’s degree or other certification or credential at a state system university.
