Marshall to Hold Sept. 15 Concealed Carry Seminar
8/30/2018
HARMONY– Residents of the 14th District who are interested in learning more about their Second Amendment rights and the Castle Doctrine can sign up now to participate in a Concealed Carry Seminar, hosted by Rep. Jim Marshall (R-Beaver/Butler).

The seminar will be held on Saturday, Sept. 15, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Greene Township Municipal Building, located at 262 Pittsburgh Grade Road, Hookstown.

“If you already have a concealed carry permit, or are thinking of obtaining one, please consider attending this seminar,” Marshall said. “There are misconceptions about concealed carry laws in Pennsylvania and I’m hosting this event in an effort to lay out the facts for gun owners.”

Presenters at the seminar will include Beaver County Sheriff Tony Guy and Beaver County District Attorney David Lozier. Residents will be given the opportunity ask questions.

Following the event, the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office will be available to process permit applications onsite. This on-site service is only available for Beaver County residents. Butler County residents must apply through the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.

The event is free, but space is limited and RSVPs are required. Register online at RepMarshall.com or by calling Marshall’s district office at 724-847-1352.
